Refund policy

 

Pace Shop return and refund policy: 

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us at paceshop@pacegallery.com with your order number if there is a problem with your order. If your request is approved, we can offer one of the following: 

  • Refund 

  • Replacement 

  • Exchange 

Note that you may be asked for photos of your damaged item in its original packaging. Please be prepared to provide this when contacting us.  

Terms: 

Shipping Costs: 

If you receive an incorrect item, you have the option to return it. We will email you a return label and cover the shipping costs  

Refunds: 

After providing evidence of the incorrect or damaged item, we will issue a refund. Refunds are processed within 10 days of the return approval and will be distributed into the same payment account as your original order. Refunds will be issued in the currency used in the original order. 

Note that we will be unable to refund shipping costs associated with your original order.  

Exchanges: 

We accept exchanges for damaged or incorrect items up to the value paid by the customer.  

European Union Cooling off Period: 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Please ensure your item is in the same condition as you received it, with it’s original packaging. You will also need the receipt/proof of purchase.
