How do I track my order?
After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This is our way of letting you know that we have received your order. We will then send a follow-up email with tracking information, when your package is ready to ship.
Can I ship to multiple different addresses for the same order?
No. If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, please create separate orders for each delivery address.
Do you offer “in-store” pick up from Pace Gallery locations?
No. However, publications are available for purchase at many Pace Gallery locations.
Do you sell publications at Pace Gallery locations?
Yes. Most Pace Gallery locations have a selection of publications available for sale. Note that inventory varies at each location.
Can I cancel or change my order?
All sales are final upon receipt of payment. If your order has arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact paceshop@pacegallery.com with your order number as soon as possible, within two weeks of when your order arrives.For additional information, please see Sections 6 and 7 of our Terms of Sale.
What credit cards and payment methods does Pace Shop accept?
Payments for all purchases through the Website are processed through Shopify Payments, who accepts most major credit and debit cards. For a complete list of payment methods accepted, please visit Shopify Payments’ website: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/payments/shopify-payments.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us at paceshop@pacegallery.com with your order number if there is a problem with your order. You will be asked for photos of your item in its original packaging. Returns or refunds for damaged, defective or incorrect products remain at Pace’s sole discretion based on the nature of the error, damage or defect.
Notwithstanding the above, for products delivered to a location within the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. Please ensure your item is in the same condition as you received it in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt/proof of purchase.

What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is officially released or available in stock. This ensures you will receive the product once it becomes available. Pre-orders may only be available for certain specified products. Products available for pre-order are marked as such on the website.
When will I be charged for my pre-order?
You will be charged immediately upon placing your pre-order.
When will my pre-order ship?
We typically include an estimated shipping date on the product page. Any estimated shipping date is only an estimate and is not guaranteed. Occasionally, there might be a delay due to production or supply chain factors. If there is any delay, we will notify you via email, so you know when to expect your order.
